THENA Hybrid is designed for women who want real coaching and real progression, but don’t need multiple PT sessions every week.

  • Support that fits around real life

  • Minimum 1 in-person coaching session per week

  • A fully programmed training week in the THENA app

About me...

I’m Katy, a women’s strength coach who believes your body isn’t here to shrink it’s here to move, lift, and live fully.I don’t hand out diet plans or obsess over calories. I coach women to build strength, confidence, and power in a way that fits real life. Training with me isn’t about chasing smaller. It’s about chasing stronger in the gym and everywhere else.Movement has given me freedom, resilience, and self-trust. That’s what I want to share with you. Whether you work with me in person, online, or somewhere in between, my goal is the same: to help you feel strong as hell and proud of the body you’re in.
